We are looking for a project coordinator to administer unique glazing projects.

Projects vary in type and are typically valued at less than $500k.

You will be responsible for:

• Sequencing works and setting timeframes
• Liaising with clients
• Assist with project budgets
• Analyse risk and opportunities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Monitor labour utilisation and expenditure
• Quality and Safety
• Contract Compliance

Skills you will bring

• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator
• Glazing skill is desirable
