What we are looking for

• Have demonstrated stand-out customer service experience
• Be self-driven and hungry to be the next leader in the team
• Be a great communicator as you are continually building rapport and liaise with people from all walks of life
• A people person who strives to go above and beyond to manage their customers’ expectations and meet their needs
• Ask discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's needs
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
• Previous experience in Jewellery Sales, Electronics & Explaining Contracts although not essential

Cash Converters Woden is open 7 days a week, and will require weekend work (on a rotating fortnightly roster) or work every weekend if you love weekdays off!
