Role summary

This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in launching and operating the new premium boutique in Canberra. You’ll guide a team of stylists, set high standards for service and presentation, and help bring the brand vision to life. Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, driving exceptional service and sales performance.
• Coach and mentor your team, creating a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Support with stock management, visual merchandising, and floor presentation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and reporting.
• Help implement new brand procedures, promotions, and customer experience strategies.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager or high-performing Supervisor level)
