About the Role

This is a full-time, in-house role based in our Landsdale office.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries and warm leads, guiding people through the quoting process, and ensuring everything from initial contact to final delivery feels effortless and professional.

This role combines customer service, inside sales, and operations — perfect for someone who loves variety, gets things done, and thrives on being trusted to run their own show.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Responding to new enquiries across phone, email, and web

Following up warm leads and helping customers take the next step

Communicating with builders and homeowners about timelines, products and logistics

Managing and monitoring orders in the system to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

Supporting our production and dispatch teams by relaying clear information

Who This Role Suits:

Confident on the phone and clear in writing

Detail-oriented and highly organised

Able to manage multiple open loops at once without dropping the ball

Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Background in construction, design, or trades is helpful — but not essential

You take initiative, ask great questions, and want to be part of a business that values people who care
