What you’ll be doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of trusted Dealers across WA
• Drive share of wallet through targeted sales strategies
• Deliver sales training, product updates, and business coaching
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
• Support dealers in creating better business outcomes
• Build strong relationships across multiple sites
• Be proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
• Have worked with or sold through dealer networks, trade stores, or franchise models
• Are commercially savvy with strong communication skills
• Love being on the road and building relationships
• Are ready to grow into a more strategic, autonomous role
