About the role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Fencemakers Pty Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of custom-made high-quality fencing and gate solutions to both residential and commercial customers across the Perth Metropolitan area. This full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of fencing and gate products.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations to potential customers

Provide expert advice and recommendations on the best fencing and gate solutions to meet customer needs

Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for customers

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with the wider sales and operations team to ensure seamless customer service

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a Sales Role, preferably within the fencing or construction industry, however we are willing to train the right applicant.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present to customers

Ability to follow a Sales Process and be coachable

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Proficient in using sales and CRM software to track and manage customer data

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
