We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant who can confidently navigate a consultative sales process, qualify prospects effectively, and convert enquiries into high-value, profitable sales.
About the Role:
This is not a volume-based, transactional sales job. It’s about understanding your client, asking the right questions, and guiding them to the right solution — or gracefully walking away when it’s not the right fit.
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing walk-in and booked consultations with confidence and professionalism
Educating clients on the value, durability, and exclusivity of our natural timber floors
Qualifying leads effectively and respectfully — understanding their budget, home, and timeline
Converting quality enquiries into signed contracts through skilled consultation and follow-up
Meeting KPIs for conversion, average sale value, and customer satisfaction
Keeping CRM records, quotes, and pipelines up to date and accurate
Maintaining showroom standards and supporting client experience end-to-end
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:
Proven B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in premium, custom, medium or long sales cycle environments
A consultative mindset — you listen more than you speak, and guide rather than push
Strong sales fundamentals: lead qualification, objection handling, value-based selling
The confidence to close large-ticket sales with high-income clients
Experience working toward clear KPIs and revenue targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CRM proficiency and structured follow-up habits
