We are actively recruiting for a General Manager to join the team and play an integral role in the strategic growth and transformation of the business.

As the General Manager your core duties will include:

• Drive business transformation, instilling structure, systems, and accountability across departments.
• Lead strategic repositioning efforts to enable direct engagement with key customers and new markets, moving beyond traditional supply channels.
• Build internal capability by mentoring staff, strengthening leadership across departments, and creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustained profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen customer relationships, by taking a hand on approach to negotiations and business development efforts.
• Champion a safety-first, quality-driven culture while maintaining urgency, adaptability, and high delivery standards.

Your professional background will include:

• A background in wear material OEM, Mining Maintenance Engineering, fabrication or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
• A proven track record operating as a Senior Manager in the Australian Mining & Engineering space.
• Experience leading transformational change.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility and demonstrated client-facing success.
• Familiarity with mine site requirements, site inductions, and engineering standards relevant to fixed plant infrastructure for Australian mining.
