General Manager - Kimberley Group Training Employment
KGT Employment is a Kimberley based non-profit organisation achieving real outcomes with both indigenous and non-indigenous people across the Kimberley and beyond.
The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Group Training services throughout the Kimberley region. The successful applicant will be located in Kununurra which boasts some of the best tourism destinations in Australia.
The dynamic individual that we are seeking would preferably have an understanding of Group Training concepts including business and staff management and have previous exposure to the Vocational, Education, Training, Employment and Labour Market sectors.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and development of Kimberley Group Training Employment's activities aligned to the direction of the Governing Committee. Additionally, the General Manager role will involve a “hands on” approach together with a focus on working with staff to build a productive, innovative and “results accountable” team.
