MHM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence across our business units. This Role will provide hands on management for our Mobile Plant Equipment Maintenance and Plant hire Businesses

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including work order management, quality, finance, sales performance, supplier relations, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. You will work closely with the Managing Director to shape the business strategy and ensure its successful execution through your teams.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in Mining Services or Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Plant Hire

Strong financial acumen and strategic planning experience

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
