Provide high-level technical guidance where required and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the senior point of contact for major service clients.

Oversee the preparation of service agreements, quotations, and performance reporting.

Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally through the appropriate team channels.

Team Leadership & Support

Provide day-to-day direction and performance oversight for the service team.

Work closely with HR to support onboarding, training, and team development initiatives.
