We’re an IT Managed Services Provider specialising in the healthcare sector, so if you know your way around Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, and PSA tools — and you genuinely enjoy helping others succeed — this might be your next great move.
About the role
You'll be leading a team of onshore and offshore engineers, supporting them to deliver outstanding service to our healthcare clients. Your job is part mentor, part escalation point, part operations guru — and all about making sure the team is set up to succeed.
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who loves tech but knows people are what really make the difference.
What you’ll be doing
Lead & support technical teams across regions, encouraging collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Handle escalations — step in on complex technical issues and help resolve them quickly and calmly
Streamline operations — oversee team workflows, scheduling, and service delivery processes
Be the technical go-to — support the team with your hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, and healthcare applications
Use your tools — keep service delivery running smoothly using AutoTask (or similar PSA/RMM platforms)
What we’re looking for
5+ years in IT support (MSP background preferred)
2+ years leading or managing tech teams, including remote/offshore
Strong technical skills in:
Google Workspace administration
Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune
Networking fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
Experience working with healthcare applications (essential)
Solid PSA/RMM platform experience (AutoTask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow etc.)
Clear, confident communicator with great problem-solving instincts
ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a nice bonus
