Your role will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio of 160 properties with a dedicated Assistant
• Overseeing all aspects of property management
• Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
• Working in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software

About you:

• 2–3+ years’ experience in a Senior Property Manager role
• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
