Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a tidy and systemized portfolio of 170 residential properties, with the support of a dedicated Assistant
• Handling all aspects of property management: maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and more
• Conducting entry and exit condition reports where required
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure seamless tenancy operations
• Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express in a streamlined, tech-savvy environment
• Working independently and confidently while on-site — autonomy is key in this role

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in property management
• Is confident working autonomously - much of your time will be spent on-site independently
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Brings strong communication and client relationship skills
• Has excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
