The Role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of 150 properties with assistance
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with reliable trades
• NO out of office duties
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Manage bond lodgements, claims, and refunds
• Oversee arrears
• Manage key handovers and collections

TheCandidate:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management
• Active Real Estate Certificate is essential
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Genuine passion and long-term commitment to a career in Real Estate
