Our client is a well respected franchise in the area and due to expansion in the rent roll they have created a new portfolio and are searching for an experienced property manager to jump in.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a residential portfolio. of 150 properties
• Maintain strong tenant relationships, handling enquiries and resolving issues quickly.
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with contractors for timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance across all properties.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial metrics.
• No leasing or trust accounting duties involved.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management of 1+ year
• Strong knowledge of property legislation, market trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in property management software
• Valid real estate certificate
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage a local portfolio
