We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager or emerging senior assistant who wants to go to the next level and start managing a growing portfolio of their own.

It currently holds the Number 1 position for average weekly rent in Queensland, a true testament the calibre of property we manage.

About the role.

Duties include:

- Managing a well maintained portfolio of properties and watching it grow

- Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
- Entry & Exit inspections and reports
- Manage rental arrears
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Process lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
- Flexibility to help them grow with New Business

- Work/Life balance and vibrant culture
- Work within a supportive team

Skills and experience:

- Min 2 years experience in property management is required

- Trust account experience an advantage

- First class communication skills, great customer service and a natural rapport builder
- Be comfortable liaising with tenants and trades in a timely manner

- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current Drivers Licence and car
- QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate Licence
- Positive attitude & Immaculate personal presentation
