About the role

QHome Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sunnybank, QLD. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and landlords are satisfied. What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, and conducting property inspections

Ensure properties are being well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with the service provided

Actively market available properties and screen prospective tenants

Manage the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, collecting rent, and handling any tenancy disputes

Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

Work closely with landlords to provide updates and recommendations on property management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a property management role, preferably within the residential sector

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Thorough knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation and property management best practices

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications

A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
