You would be required to have : Relevant qualifications , minimum two years of work experience as construction project manager

Main Task and Duties

planning of all phases of construction cycle from initiation to completion

obtain all the permits as required during construction

organise the trades in orderly manner

material take offs and delivery management

communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports in timely manner

writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports and punch list.

must be familiar with national buildings codes, standard and tolerances and safety procedures.
