What You'll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end construction project management from planning to handover.
• Coordinate teams and contractors across multiple sites in Melbourne.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S standards, risk management protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor site teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage projects circa $1 million to $7 million. Tier 2 Contracts.

What You Bring:

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or similar.
• 3+ years of successful construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building contracts, project methodologies, and compliance.
• Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Great people skills - able to lead, resolve issues, and build trust.
• Comfortable with project software and reporting tools.
