· Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects—from planning and design through to execution and completion

· Ensure projects are implemented in line with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies

· Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract administration

· Coordinate with stakeholders including engineers, contractors, clients, and authorities

· Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal construction standards

· Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and regular team meetings

· Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on time and under budget

· Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field

· Minimum 5 years’ experience managing civil construction projects

· In-depth understanding of contracts, HSEQ compliance, and stakeholder engagement

· Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, upvise)

· Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational excellence

· Requirements

· At least 4 years’ experience in Civil and Infrastructure project management or engineering

· Sound technical and analytical expertise in the civil construction industry

· Current Construction White Card and valid driver’s license

· Proficient in scheduling and project management software

· Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability

· Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
