ABOUT BULLY ZERO
Bully Zero is Australia’s leading and most influential bullying prevention organisation. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive environments where individuals are empowered to thrive - free from bullying, cyberbullying, and digital abuse.
We work with schools, workplaces, and communities to deliver transformative education programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns that inspire real change.
We seek a highly organised and proactive Engagement Manager to join our passionate team. If you have strong coordination skills, love working with people, and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, this role is for you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Engagement Manager is a key leadership role within the Education Team, responsible for driving engagement, awareness, and uptake of Bully Zero’s nationally recognised education programs across schools, workplaces, and community groups.
This role leads the education stakeholder engagement strategy, oversees the scheduling and booking process, and manages the Engagement Coordinator to ensure exceptional client experiences from the initial enquiry through to program delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a purpose-driven organisation, build strong relationships with schools and corporate partners, and be a key player in expanding Bully Zero’s impact nationwide.

Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with the Engagement and Education teams to align availability and program capacity.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Education team to understand facilitator availability, program suitability, and delivery options.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that drive interest and leads.
Ensure all communications and promotional messaging reflect Bully Zero’s tone and values.
CRM Oversight & Administration
Oversee the Salesforce CRM to ensure all leads, bookings, and client interactions are accurately recorded.
Generate reports on lead conversion, booking trends, and engagement metrics.
Monitor client feedback post-delivery and use insights to improve service and inform future engagement.
Program Promotion & Growth
Develop sector-specific outreach plans to increase program uptake in priority areas (e.g., regional schools, community groups, small to medium-sized enterprises).
Partner with ambassadors and influencers where relevant to extend reach and credibility.
Contribute to the development of engagement materials and program promotional resources.
Analytics & Reporting
Provide regular reports that align with KPIs and budget expectations.
Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across programs and engagement.
Use reporting insights to inform decision-making, stakeholder conversations, and strategic direction.
