Midland Realty Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Property Management team, on a full time basis as an Assistant Property Manager.

We are looking for a committed and self-motivated person to take on the responsibilities of Property Management with a view to learn and progress alongside experienced property managers.

The Role

Based from our St Leonards/Chatswood office, you will be working with a Senior Property Manager. Here you will work across a range of tasks including:

Your key duties will include:

Assisting leasing conducting open home and private inspections

Document preparation of lease agreements and as required including follow up and updating of checklists

General adhoc duties including, but not limited to, tenant, strata & trade appointments

Liaising with tenants to resolve queries and providing updates

Scheduling and attending routine inspections and ingoing inspections

Assisting with Vacate inspections

Following up outstanding maintenance and entering invoices

Issuing work orders

Preparing CMA reports for rent reviews

Rental arrears management

Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend Tribunal hearings when required

Managing repairs and maintenance

The Essentials:

You will have at least 1 years experience across leasing or property management. More than anything you will have the will for property, we can teach the skill. The willingness to immerse yourself in an environment of learning and assist wherever you can is of paramount importance, as is your career.

A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

A high level of organisational and prioritising skills

Strong customer service and communication skills
