About the Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will provide vital support across a broad range of property management functions, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of a well-managed and diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Managers with leasing and management tasks
• Handle general enquiries from prospective tenants with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct Open for Inspections with confidence and enthusiasm
• Prepare detailed and accurate condition reports (ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections)
• Draft and finalise lease agreements in a timely manner
• Coordinate maintenance requests and manage repair workflows
• Act as the central point of communication between tenants, landlords, and trades
• Prepare and maintain online listings and marketing collateral
• Ensure all properties are presented to the highest standard in line with landlord instructions

The Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Driven, motivated and genuinely excited about developing a career in Property Management
