• $60,000 - $80,000 salary package (negotiable based on experience)
• Monday to Friday with 1-2 Saturdays per month with a day in lieu

About the Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the property management and leasing team. Your role will evolve as your experience grows.

• Gain valuable experience, working side by side with a Senior Property Manager
• Conduct open hoes and private inspections
• Conduct routine inspections & ingoing condition reports
• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries
• Assist with tenancy applications & leasing documents
• General admin duties
• Support tenancy management and client relations

About you:

• Must have experience as a leasing agent or assistant property manager
• Must hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate (Cert IV)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
• Strong attention to detail and a team player
• Eager to build a long-term career in a supportive real estate environment
