Full-time | $85K–$105K base + high commissions | Car + phone + travel perks

Your Day-to-Day

Build relations with current accounts, and maintain a 4-week calling cycle

Support and develop new business opportunities

Book and run education sessions that inspire salons to convert and grow

Own your numbers - plan, follow up, and execute like a boss

Spend 4 nights away every 4 weeks on a country trip (all paid)

Who we want

You’re not just a Sales Rep you’re a brand-builder. You love hair, hustle, and helping others succeed.

Hair industry experience (salon, sales or education)

You want commission. You chase the close. You follow through.

You’re energetic, reliable, and love talking to people

You understand salons, know how they tick, and want to make a real impact

You have a current driver's license, can travel for work, and are based in one of our hiring regions
