About the role

As the Business Development Manager with The Australian Dermal and Laser Institute, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion within the Sales and New Business Development department.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base across a multiple of skin brands. This full-time role, based in our East Melbourne office, offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers and partners
• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiviatives.
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements to secure new business
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Providing regular progress reports and contributing to the company's strategic planning

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in a similar business development or sales role, preferably within the dermal or laser industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
• Qualification in a relevant field such as beauty or dermal therapies with a strong sales background
