THE OPPORTUNITY
- Salary: $66,921 - $72,661 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Position Status and Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT. Contract of employment until 31/12/2025.
- Location: Chadstone Campus – onsite parking with close proximity to public transport

Focused on helping students find the right course, the team ensures quality outcomes through personalised advice, detailed Pre-Training Reviews (PTR), and connection to essential support services.
As a Course Advice Coordinator, you will:
- Provide accurate course advice and support via phone, email, face-to-face, and online channels.
- Conduct Pre-Training Interviews and assess student needs to coordinate support services effectively.
- Administer literacy and/or numeracy assessments and record key information to support admissions decisions.
- Manage enquiries and applications pipeline to maximise course suitability and enrolment outcomes.
- Stay up to date with course info and eligibility criteria to provide consistent, accurate advice and fee guidance.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and/or substantial experience in the education sector.
- Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities, with initiative and self-direction in managing competing priorities.
- Commitment to confidentiality, adaptability, and a cooperative approach within dynamic service environments.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database systems, with familiarity in CRM and student management platforms.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability in critical thinking, problem solving, and service excellence aligned with institutional frameworks.
- Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
