Mayfield Education Inc., a leading provider of vocational and higher education, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Course Coordinator – Higher Education Programs to join our team. This pivotal part-time role will lead the growth and compliance of our higher education programs, including the delivery of our flagship Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Health Care, and contribute to the development of future programs and micro-credentials.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of higher education courses.

Maintain compliance with TEQSA and ADEA standards.

Manage sessional academic staff and coordinate student support strategies.

Drive the development of new courses and micro-credentialing initiatives aligned with workforce needs.

Engage with academic boards, industry partners, and advisory committees.

Oversee academic systems including LMS, teaching and learning resources and compliance reporting.

What You’ll Bring

AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification (preferably Master’s level).

Minimum 2 years of experience in academic leadership or course coordination.

Deep understanding of higher education compliance and quality frameworks (TEQSA, ADEA).

Demonstrated success in blended/online delivery and curriculum development.

Exceptional communication, digital literacy, and team coordination skills.

ADEA credentialed Diabetes Educator (highly desirable).
