Our client is a highly respected, values-driven industry organisation delivering accredited and non-accredited training to learners across Victoria. With a long-standing reputation for professionalism and quality, they play a critical role in educating and upskilling individuals within the building and construction sector.
About the Role
This is a newly created position working across a mix of classroom-based and simulation training programs. You’ll be the person who ensures every piece of the puzzle is in place — from scheduling trainers and performers, to setting up learning spaces, to maintaining compliance with Skills First and ASQA standards.
The role is hands-on and varied, supporting both accredited and short-form programs that involve realistic, role-play scenarios delivered by experienced training actors.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate training schedules, rooms, and simulation performers
Ensure all delivery meets Skills First and ASQA compliance standards
Work closely with trainers and internal teams to support seamless delivery
Troubleshoot issues and maintain a high standard of readiness and resources
Provide learner support where needed, including LLN
Contribute to program improvement and feedback processes
What You’ll Bring
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – essential
Experience in RTO operations or program coordination
Strong working knowledge of ASQA standards and Skills First funding
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and confidently
Bonus if you also bring:
Experience supporting simulation or scenario-based training
Understanding of AQF and VET frameworks
