This is a Ongoing opportunity based at our Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Course Offerings and Operations Coordinator , and sits within the Registrar's Team in Student Experience division.

What you'll do:

  • The Senior Course Offerings Officer is responsible for the establishment of course and unit offerings within the student management system
  • Under a business partnership model, the role manages the relationship and course offering needs with specific teaching areas, advising on offerings set-up, ensuring offerings best reflect planned delivery and optimise class attendance recording.
  • Working closely with faculties, this position manages changes required to established availabilities along with any resultant impact on enrolled students, including date changes.
  • Administer the Missing Evidence of Participation (EOP) site and provides advice on participation and class attendance entries into the student management system

  • Victorian Working with Children Check clearance
  • National Police Check clearance

Qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant qualification in Administration or equivalent.
  • Student One Experience: Demonstrated experience in student management systems, administration experience in StudentOne (Ci and CiAnywhere) at an intermediate level.
  • Stakeholder Management: Sensitive to and responds to clients' needs, keeping the client up to date with issues and developments. Promptly follows through on inquiries, requests, and complaints, taking responsibility for correcting problems promptly and without becoming defensive.
