About the role:
This is an exciting role that is a pivotal leadership role within the Community Response team. The Community Response team incorporates Community Response Rangers, Community Response Parking and our Environmental Protection Officers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive professional experience in a related field, demonstrating deep understanding and expertise in Local Government regulatory operations.
Skills and experience to provide motivation, leadership and support to staff members and to plan and coordinate activities.
Extensive experience in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution, utilising advanced techniques to foster positive outcomes.
Experience and highly developed mediation and negotiation skills and related techniques.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships.
Possess and maintain a clean criminal record, ensuring trustworthiness and adherence to ethical and legal standards
Current Class C drivers licence.
