You will be part of a service that promotes the improvement of Aboriginal Health by using Primary Health Care principles.
Job Position:
· To provide efficient quality reception and administrative services to Patients, Doctors and Clinic staff.
· To maintain confidentiality of all information received during the course of, arising from your employment.
· Must be able to work under direction of the Practice Manager.
· Required to work closely with Clinic Manager and other Aboriginal Health Workers and clinic staff generally; other administrative staff and health care professionals in a team environment.
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with other organisations, e.g. Hospitals and AMS.
· Have knowledge of computer system, word processing, data entry etc.
· Must have a pleasant manner, punctual, reliable and neat and well presented.
