Who we are looking for:

We'd love to find someone who's smashed it as a Medical Receptionist in a hectic GP practice, but if you're the right person, prior experience is not necessary as we're happy to teach you the ropes!

Knowing the ins and outs of private billing, WorkCover, and Medicare is a bonus, but we can show you how it all works.

You'll need to be amazing with patients

We're all about being understanding and kind, especially when things are tough for patients and their families.

You'll need to be organised and able to juggle lots of things at once – like a pro!

We love a positive attitude and someone who's always up for helping out the team.

If you've used medical software like Best Practice, Halaxy, Cliniko, or HotDoc, that's awesome.

We want someone who will show up and get things done

And most importantly, you'll need to be caring and respectful towards all our patients and co-workers
