The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our internal business support services. This is a pivotal leadership role with a broad scope of responsibility, including financial oversight, HR, compliance, and operations management.

This position requires flexibility to work across multiple remote locations throughout Western Australia, where you will play a critical role in supporting site-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day corporate operations including finance, HR, and administration.

· Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and service delivery.

· Ensure full compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

· Develop and manage budgets, procurement processes, and corporate reporting.

· Lead internal process improvement initiatives.

· Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary corporate services team.

· Engage with senior leadership and operational staff across regional sites.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior corporate or operational management role.

· Sound financial acumen and governance expertise.

· Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong understanding of HR, compliance, and cleaning operations.

· A current and valid driver’s licence.
