we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to take the lead and help us grow smarter and stronger.

About the Role

This is not a “sit back and oversee” kind of job. We're after someone who knows the industry and is ready to roll up their sleeves from day one. This is not a role for someone to come and stamp their authroity, but to lead a team of driven and committed staff needing direction and leadership.

You’ll be leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, improving systems, and ensuring the business runs efficiently across sales, installation, compliance, and admin functions.

This role is perfect for someone who’s done it before and wants to do it better—with a great team behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee all key departments: sales, admin, operations, and installations

Ensure smooth and compliant delivery of VEU and solar projects

Drive performance, productivity, and project timelines

Work closely with the Director on strategic growth

Identify process gaps and implement efficient systems

Report regularly on key metrics, risks, and team performance

Lead from the front—support, guide, and hold the team accountable

What You Need to Bring

3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the energy efficiency, solar, or renewables industry

Strong understanding of VEU or Federal rebate programs

Proven ability to manage people, projects, and performance

A hands-on, solutions-first mindset

Clear communication and a no-nonsense attitude

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
