The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager - someone who’s equal parts operator, strategist, and entrepreneur to drive the next stage of our growth. In this role, you’ll take the reins of the business day-to-day while shaping the big-picture strategy. You’ll lead a small, committed team and work closely with the Board to steer performance across retail, digital, and product channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and refining operations across our three stores (including online and physical retail).
• Identifying smart ways to expand reach, boost revenue, and build stronger trade relationships.
• Leading product curation and development that stays ahead of customer trends and preferences.
• Managing digital marketing, e-comm strategy, and social campaigns to amplify brand presence.
• Creating a strong team culture that’s energised, commercial, and aligned to growth.
• Presenting key insights and performance updates to the Board on a regular basis.

About You
You’re commercially savvy, hands-on, and naturally entrepreneurial. You bring experience from retail, e-commerce or consumer brands, and you’re energised by growing something with real potential. You’re also someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to lead with both vision and practicality.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Leadership experience in retail, e-commerce or founder-led businesses
• A good grasp of product-based businesses, ideally in home, lifestyle or design categories
• Strong digital skills - including marketing and online sales
• A strategic mind paired with operational hustle
• A track record of making things happen - and making good decisions quickly
