We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who knows how to lead from the front. Someone who can build momentum in a growing manufacturing business supplying high-quality products to the RV and camping industry.

Our client is shaking things up in the caravan component space, and they’re ready for a leader who can match their pace.

We need someone who’ll:

• Whip the warehouse into shape
• Grow the sales pipeline and build key industry partnerships
• Tighten up operations
• Boost revenue by 20%+
• Still be happy to get their hands dirty when things need doing

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving growth – Develop and execute a clear strategy to scale revenue
• Fixing what’s clunky – Streamline operations, improve efficiency, reduce waste
• Building better sales & marketing – Be the face of the brand, build connections, and drive demand
• Leading a high-performing crew – Create a culture of excellence, hustle and good vibes
• Owning customer satisfaction – Deliver products and service that keep the RV world spinning
• Managing dollars – Budgeting, forecasting and cost control (Odoo ERP experience = big tick)

What You Bring

• Proven GM, Ops Manager or senior leadership experience
• Manufacturing, RV, 4WD, outdoor or product-based industry knowledge (a big plus)
• Strong sales/BD mindset – you know how to win and keep business
• Financial and operational acumen
• A willingness to do the dirty work and lead by example

What Success Looks Like (6–12 months in)

• Revenue up 20%
• Team running like a well-oiled machine
• Warehouse sharp, streamlined and stocked
• Customers smiling, defects minimal
• You’re the one the industry’s watching
