The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the General Manager will assume full accountability for the Victorian business unit, overseeing operations, sales, and service delivery across multiple verticals including technology, communications, and electrical contracting. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a hands-on, commercially astute executive who can re-energise the team, strengthen client relationships, and expand the business pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading a multidisciplinary team including sales, service, and project delivery functions.

Driving revenue growth through proactive business development and strategic client engagement.

Overseeing operational performance, financial management, and margin improvement.

Reinvigorating the electrical services portfolio and expanding project-based work.

Championing cultural transformation and staff engagement initiatives.

Collaborating with national stakeholders to align local execution with broader business objectives.
