We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive the expansion of our Property Management portfolio in the Ripley region. This is your chance to work in a flexible, supportive environment where your efforts are directly rewarded.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prospecting and converting landlord leads to new managements

Using tools such as ID4ME, social media, and your network to generate new business

Building strong relationships with local developers, investors, and referral partners

Collaborating with the Property Management and Leasing teams to ensure a seamless handover

Attending appraisals and presenting proposals with confidence and professionalism

What You’ll Bring:

Real Estate Certificate of Registration – Essential

Prior experience in a similar BDM or leasing role is highly regarded

Strong local knowledge of the Ripley/Ipswich growth corridor

Confident, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for relationship building

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Tech-savvy and familiar with lead generation tools like ID4ME
