An opportunity has become available for a vibrant and energetic Personal Assistant to support a fast-moving Senior Leadership Team.
Location: Adelaide CBD
Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant, you will work very closely with the Chief of Operations that supports the CEO's office. This role provides a variety of tasks and support to the team while working through projects and facilities of this national company
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Act as a gatekeeper, handling communication and correspondence on behalf of the CoO & CEO
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Manage the facilities and building maintenance of the HQ and other offices
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow in the CoO and CEO’S office
Corporate Events: You’ll manage the guest list for every event held in the Adelaide Entertainment Centre You’ll host specific events and get to enjoy them regularly.
Qualifications/Essentials:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Must have a driver’s licence
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
