The Westport Club, based on the banks of the Hastings River, is one of Port Macquarie's premier venues that offers our members and guests an a la carte restaurant, waterside cafe, a thriving events centre, an engaging gaming floor and a cocktail lounge with pristine views.

As our Duty Manager you will:

Set the tone for our team by delivering exceptional service to our customers

Oversee our daily operations including presentation of the venue, cash management and rostering

Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to our teams in all departments

Provide coaching, performance feedback and development opportunities for those who are looking for further progression within our business

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards including but not limited to liquor, gaming, our enterprise agreement and work, health & safety

Have a high level of personal presentation
