We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Duty Manager at The Camellia Hotel. They may be someone who has had management experience or someone who is looking to take on a Duty Manager role and progress their hospitality career.
As Duty Manager, your role is a crucial one. You are to be a leader and a mentor to your fellow colleagues by setting the example of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide exceptional customer experiences. You are responsible for certain aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation;
Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. From coordinating bookings to managing inventory to overseeing staff, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the venue running like a well-oiled machine.
Customer Service Champion: Be the face of hospitality! Foster a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every visit to our venue is an memorable experience and always met with fun and positivity.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and motivated team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle challenges and compliance with grace and creativity. Whether it's resolving customer issues or addressing operational hiccups, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the General Manager and your support team to implement strategies for growth and improvement. Creatively contribute to venue promotions and offerings. Your insights and collaborative mindset will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
