The Opportunity
This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to join a fast-paced, ASX-listed business with a global footprint. As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the financial control environment, managing complex group reporting processes, and providing trusted insights to senior stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Global CFO, this role offers visibility at the highest levels — including regular engagement with the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Audit & Risk Committee.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with ASX and statutory requirements

• Own the half-year and year-end audit process across a multi-entity, multi-time zone structure
• Present financial results and insights to senior stakeholders including ELT and the Board
• Develop, coach and manage a high-performing finance team (4 direct reports)
• Drive financial governance, internal controls, and continuous process improvement
• Contribute to strategic finance initiatives including automation and integration of new reporting standards
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues and M&A activities

About You
You’re a confident and technically strong finance leader who thrives in high-complexity environments. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and leading with influence.

We’re looking for:

• CA (or equivalent) qualification
• Proven experience in an ASX-listed or similarly complex reporting environment
• Expertise in group consolidations, statutory reporting and audit processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and board-facing communication ability
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset
• Exposure to multinational operations or businesses with global teams/time zones
