About the Opportunity
Quinn Allan is partnering with Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure (DBI) to appoint an experienced and detail-driven Group Financial Controller to lead the statutory reporting, compliance, and financial control functions. As a key senior leader within the Finance team, you will play a central role in ensuring the financial integrity of the business and delivering timely and accurate reporting across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in line with AASB and IFRS
• Coordinate external audits and manage auditor engagement
• Deliver accurate and timely ASX reporting, including half-year and full-year results
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure policy compliance
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and continuous process enhancement
• Mentor junior finance professionals and build technical capabilities across the team

About You

• Strong technical knowledge of AASB/IFRS and listed company reporting obligations
• Experience in infrastructure or other capital-intensive industries (desirable)
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
• Passion for continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performing team culture
• CA or CPA qualification
