Location: This position is based in our Newcastle, NSW office, offering a vibrant and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate can also work from our Erina or Maitland offices once induction has been completed.
What We're Looking For:
A Certificate IV, Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field from an Australian institution.
Experience in a customer service environment.
A love for learning and a keen interest in completing industry-based certifications.
A creative approach to problem-solving.
A well-presented individual with a driver's licence.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with relevant certifications.
Australian citizenship (including NZ citizenship) or permanent residency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform remote troubleshooting with end users.
Determine the best solutions based on the issues and details provided by customers.
Guide customers through the problem-solving process.
Provide accurate information on products or services.
Record events, problems, and their resolutions in our case management system and knowledge base.
Follow up and update customer status and information.
Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
Conduct periodic onsite visits to client sites.
Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
