We’re working with a highly respected Managed Service Provider supporting schools and education facilities across Australia and New Zealand — and they’re on the hunt for a passionate Helpdesk Support Engineer (Level 1/2) to join their team in Bowral (with work-from-home flexibility).

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to problem-solver for staff and students – providing remote and phone-based support
Troubleshoot a mix of hardware and software issues with patience and clarity
Support Microsoft 365 environments, cloud tools, and basic networking setups
Log and track tickets, escalate complex issues when needed
Contribute to a collaborative team and keep learning as you go
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in an IT support/helpdesk environment (Level 1/2)
Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
A strong communicator – confident in translating tech speak for non-tech users
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
Cert III/IV in IT (or higher); MS-900 cert is a bonus (or willingness to gain it)
