About the Role

Our Construction Supervisors are the backbone of our building operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient progress of every project. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise to oversee the entire building process, from planning to completion, across the East Gippsland and surrounding regions, which is a large building region.

You'll work closely with our team, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication throughout the building process.

About You

We're looking for someone who is either an experienced Construction Supervisor or a motivated Carpenter ready to step into a supervisory role.

Prior Experience: You have previous experience from the residential construction industry, preferably within supervision. Experienced carpenters are also welcomed to apply.

Strong Project Management Skills: You can confidently oversee multiple projects, ensuring they hit timelines, stay within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Excellent Communicator: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Problem Solver & Decision Maker: You can quickly identify potential issues, develop practical solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Relationship Builder: You have a knack for building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You're adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising effectively, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, construction scheduling tools, and comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

Safety-Conscious: You have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for everyone on site.

Driver's Licence: You possess a current, valid driver's licence.
