SJB COMMERCIAL is a privately owned commercial construction company based in southeast victoria, are looking for a site supervisor for immediate start to join us.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day operations

Report directly to the Project/Construction Manager while maintaining full site autonomy

Lead your on-site team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes

Oversee project scheduling, site safety, subcontractor coordination, and progress reporting

Ensure timely project delivery with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction

Ensuring Project Program is on track at all times.

Coordinating workflow and look ahead.

Reading plans and setting out when required.

Supervising and advising staff and contractors

Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to code.

Ensuring materials and machinery are delivered on time.

Handling subcontractors.

Liaising with clients and the Project manager to ensure communication is sound.

6 day working week where required.

Experience in Pre-Cast Panels and Structural steel is a advantage.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor with proven experience leading teams from start to finish on large scale commercial projects

• Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish including both structural and finishes with confidence

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Strong understanding of OHS regulations and construction methodology

• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding work
