The Role:
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be the face of our showroom—helping customers choose the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team and enjoy a variety of tasks, from customer service and sales to showroom presentation and product knowledge.

Position Details:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month

Above award wage – we value your experience and commitment

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales or retail experience (flooring experience a bonus, but not essential)

A team player who’s also confident working independently
